How Esporta works

Wash stages
The Esporta wash system keeps equipment static while chemicals are pushed through the fabric, killing and removing bacteria, mold, fungus, blood and mucus.
  1. Tak1 Detergent - breaks down stains allowing them to be removed easily from fabric, also helps eliminate odors
  2. Penetrator Detergent - suspends soil and oil-based soils (such as sweat), also brightens fabric making them look newer.
  3. Force Additive - neutralizes pH of first two stages making it optimal for contact with skin, also penetrates all bacteria, viruses, mold and spores and kills them chemically on contact.
  4. Signature fragrance - implants a fresh fragrance made from natural oil extracts (including mint, orange peel and vanilla) to the garments


Equpment Bag System
The mesh bag system is at the heart of the success of our cleaning process. This bag safely suspends the items being cleaned and protects them from the steel cage and drum. The steel cage holds 8 sets of bags securely in place as they are pulled through the cleaning solution.

Detergents & Disinfectant
Esporta uses two specific detergents and a strong disinfectant in their patented process. Our low alkaline formula is compatible for leather and fabric dyes and helps preserve the integrity of tough articles to clean like gloves, runners and skates. Our disinfectant effectively kills bacteria in the equipment. It is this bacteria, fungus and mold that causes the unbearable stench of the filthy sports equipment. These organisms are also responsible for shortening the useful life of the equipment as they break down and rot the foam, leather and fabric used in the construction of the gear.
